Talent Gateway was established in 2012 with an initial vision of driving demand for flexible working opportunities for those experienced professionals no longer seeking full time employment.
Through understanding the market and working with a small number of clients to begin with, it became clear that this proposition was only a small element of what our clients required. Understanding our clients businesses, their ambitions, challenges and vision has led to the Talent Gateway proposition evolving over time, to meet our clients’ needs in a rapidly changing world.
