Rec2Rec Solutions was set up by Chris Burke in 2017 to provide professional, high-quality rec-2-rec services to both candidates and clients. Chris has been employed in the recruitment industry since 2008, making his way up from being a trainee consultant to working at director level.
One of his main reasons for setting up Rec2Rec Solutions was to provide a better rec-2-rec service to the industry. Chris has worked in both niche boutique agencies and larger corporate agencies and uses this varying expertise to actively engage and headhunt passive candidates within the recruitment industry to find the best people.
