Academics in Leeds are recruiting a year 2 teacher for one of our schools based in South Leeds- the position will be commencing in September, until the end of the academic year with a possibility of a direct contract at the end of the summer term 2026.
Enthusiastic and motivated ECT's will also be considered for this year 2 teacher position.
The school is looking for a dedicated year 2 teacher with key stage 1 experience. This school has a very supportive SLT and regular provide CPD for all staff.
The ideal year 2 teacher will have the ability to engage pupils with differentiated and creative lessons to suit all abilities.

* Educated to degree level and QTS
* DBS on the update service
* A high passion for teaching and working with children who have excellent expectations for attainment and behaviour
* Self-motivated and determined to do well
* Year 2 experience
* Secure understanding of differentiation to challenge children of all abilities
