What will the role involve?
* Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.
* Plan and optimize international shipments to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
* Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth customs clearance and compliance with international regulations.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
* Continuously evaluate and improve warehouse and logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
* Lead and manage a small warehouse team
What will you ideally bring to the role?
* Experience using SAP ERP system in a similar role.
* Previous experience in warehouse management and international logistics.
* Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures.
* Understanding of Incoterms & import/export
* Good attention to detail and strong administration / organisational skills
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
