This prestigious furniture manufacturing company has built up an impressive portfolio of clients and is continuing to develop the contract side of their business. This is an office-based Telesales Coordinator supporting the contract sales team. Working on current and future projects and assisting in commercial customer with a wide range of requests.
This is a proactive role, developing positive sales leads and acting as one of the first points of contact for contract customers phoning in.
Your Key responsibilities will include:
Being a point of contact for the Contracts department for incoming calls, answering questions and looking after existing clients’ requirements.
Working closely with the Contract Sales Managers to provide new sales leads via proactive introductory contact by phone and email.
Following up first contacts with prospects by sending out brochures, making second calls and arranging appointments for the Contract Sales Managers to visit.
Documenting contact via regular CRM system updates.
Supporting departmental administration workload and new customer account processing.
Handling selected inquiries and preparing quotations – following up quotations and supporting business forecasting process by collating quotation data.
Key skills and attributes:
Confidence on the phone to build customer relationships
Calm and methodical thinker
Can do attitude
IT skills: e-mail, Word, Excel & PowerPoint; social media.
Skills in other modern languages (European and/or Asian) would be advantageous.
