An excellent opportunity has presented itself for an experienced Technical Director to join a sustainability focused Property Developer in London.
My client specialises in Development Projects across the UK and Ireland, delivering large and complex sites, with a focus on Urban Regeneration and Strategic Land. Their vision for regeneration involves taking on the most challenging sites, ranging from vacant possession to dormant, dilapidates structures and developing a viable plan for their redevelopment and repurposing. Current projects range from residential, mixed-use, commercial, student accommodation and more, and include some of the most high-profile projects in the UK.
As Technical Land Manager, you will be working with Landowners, local authorities, and local residents to create attractive, sustainable, 21st century communities following Garden Community principals. The current team is made up of 25 specialists across Land, Planning, Development, and Strategic sectors who work collaboratively to deliver the best of the industry. The projects are economically and environmentally sustainable, providing safety and security to future owners and occupiers, and are designed and delivered to be enjoyed by people in a safe, secure, and purposeful way.
We are seeking applications from candidate who ideally have 10 plus years as a Technical Land Director, or a Commercial Director, or someone with experience across both areas. You will work predominantly in strategic land, however the business covered both strategic and immediate land.
For the ideal candidate, my client is happy to offer a competitive starting salary, as well as a generous discretionary bonus scheme up to 25%, and a benefits package that includes 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, medical insurance, and more! The team also work from home on Fridays.
