The Role:
Work as a Secondary Teaching Assistant within a lively classroom setting.
Long-term & short-term roles available - between 1-5 days a week.
Support the teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
Help students reach their full potential through encouragement and guidance.
Bring passion, flexibility, and enthusiasm to the role.
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with secondary-aged students (essential).
A Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
Someone who can adapt, take initiative, and positively influence students.
A team player who is committed to creating a supportive learning environment.
Local knowledge of Bridlington and ability to travel to different schools in the area.
