As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to:
1 Provide one-on-one support to a wonderful student in Year 1 with global delay, assisting them with their educational and personal development.

This temporary position will commence in June and extend until the end of the academic year, offering you the opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a difference in the lives of young learners.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational setting.
* A compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents alike.
* Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
* Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare would be advantageous but not essential.
