About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the invaluable opportunity to work closely with a bright and enthusiastic child in Year 6 who has Autism. Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one support and assistance to the child with Autism, adapting teaching methods to meet their individual needs and learning style.
* Assist the child in accessing the curriculum, engaging in classroom activities, and developing essential academic skills.
* Foster positive relationships with the child, building trust and rapport to create a safe and nurturing learning environment.
* Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to implement effective support plans and interventions.
* Monitor and track the child's progress, providing feedback to inform ongoing adjustments and improvements.
