Responsibilities:
* Provide personalised support to students with special educational needs (ASD) on an individual basis
* Assist in the implementation of customised learning plans and necessary accommodations
* Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere, fostering the academic and social growth of the child
* Work closely with teachers and fellow staff to monitor progress and adjust support strategies as required
* Maintain effective communication with parents and caregivers, offering updates on the child's progress and addressing any concerns
Requirements:
* Preferred experience working with children with special educational needs
* Exceptional interpersonal skills for fostering positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parents
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to impacting young learners' lives positively
* Dedication to ongoing professional development, embracing new strategies and techniques
All applicants must hold relevant qualifications and Right to Work in the UK. Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
