This is a perfect opportunity for a Sustainability Engineer to significantly develop their career in a well-established, successful and fast growing Sustainability Consultancy. With over 25 years of experience in the field, you will be joining a highly experienced team that will be working on a number of projects across sectors such as; Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Leisure.
The ideal Sustainability Engineer will:
* Have a degree relevant to the field such as Environmental Science or Sustainability
* Have IESVE experience
* Be a qualified NDEA
* Have a strong understand of Building regulations
* Have a positive can do attitude
* Have excellent communication skills
* Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities for the Sustaianbility Engineer:
* Support all areas of Energy and Sustainability consultancy
* Assist with the modelling of non-domestic buildings via IES VE
* Assist with energy certificates (EPC, DEC)
* Carry out SAP/SBEM compliance assessments
* Carry out risk of overheating assessments (including TM52, Part O)
* Carry out TM54 assessments
* Carry out daylight assessments
* Prepare Energy & Sustainability Statements and Strategies
* Prepare Decarbonisation assessments
* BREEAM/SKA/DREAM/WELL/Fitwel Assessments
* Embodied Carbon / Net Zero assessments
