Our client is looking for an experienced Sustainability Consultant to join their international multi-disciplinary consultancy. The successful candidate will work on projects across various sectors such as workplace, healthcare, education, historic, sport, leisure, residential and sci-tech.
Requirements:
* BSc/MSc degree in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Built Environment, or similar
* Relevant experience in a similar role
* Experience of delivering BREEAM, LEED, Ska or WELL Building Standard assessments
* Knowledge of Environmental and Sustainability legislation and its applicability to UK development
* Experience delivering presentations to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
* Technical report writing
* Experience of using materials life cycle tools and software such as OneClick LCA
* NABERS accreditation (Desirable)
* Experience of carrying out circularity assessments and consultancy
Duties:
* Net zero carbon strategies and assessments (both operational and embodied)
* Material lifecycle assessments (embodied carbon assessments)
* Circularity assessments
* Environmental and wellbeing consultancy and assessments such as BREEAM, LEED, Ska and the WELL Building Standard
* Post occupancy evaluations
* Environmental management systems
* NABERS
