Are you a Support Worker with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Learning disabilities or Elderly care? Do you have a true compassion for wanting to support others? Do you have a good standard of spoken and written English, and basic IT skills? Are you able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, with other staff, parents and other professionals?
We are currently recruiting Support Workers for our clients in the Health and Social Care services in the North West London area. We are looking for motivated, resourceful, reliable, punctual and trustworthy Support Worker to promote a person-centred support programme in all services.
The support Worker role includes: -
Supporting the clients with their personal care
Helping the clients in making their daily meals
Accompanying the clients to their medical appointments
Accompanying the clients on social visits, such as, swimming, the gym, shopping, horse riding, cinemas trips and general activities
Participating in the planning and implementation of personal development plans and person-centred plans
Updating care plans
In reward for this great opportunity as a Support Worker you will receive:
- Payrates from £8.70 - £9.58 per hour

WORK HOURS is on a weekly rota including weekends;
The successful candidate will undergo full safeguarding and referencing checks.
