NonStop's client, based in the East Midlands, is looking for a determined and motivated Supervising Social Worker to join their local authority on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
* Build positive relationships with foster carers
* Support a caseload of foster carers throughout Northamptonshire ensuring the highest standards of care are met
* Provide support, supervision, training, and advice when needed
Requirements:
* Registered with Social Work England
* A driver
* Have experience working within the fostering sector of children's services
* Up to date with current fostering legislation
