* 40 hours @ £13ph - £15ph (£27k - £31k)
* Tips average at £1.20ph
* Overtime paid at the rate of £13ph - £15ph
* GP% Bonus £1k - £2k.
* Straight shifts
* No more than 45 hours per week - even at XMAS
* 8 bespoke bedrooms
