Sirona Medical Social Work department is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Social Worker to join the MASH team on an agency basis.

Position Overview
We are currently looking for a qualified and motivated Social Worker to join our agency at Sirona Medical Social Work department. The Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) are looking to seek additional cover for a social work post whilst active recruitment takes place to this position. We are therefore seeking an experienced qualified social worker ( 3 years qualified),to work in the MASH. This is a multi agency front door team, in which a social worker will be required to respond to all initial contacts regarding children and young people. The social worker will be required to work alongside all the other professionals in the MASH screening contacts, collating relevant information and forming an analysis of need and relevant outcomes for those contacts into social care. You will be supported by and be responsible to the 2 team managers within MASH. The MASH is well resourced with screening referral
information workers, who support taking initial calls, and a well established and integrated partnership team.
Qualifications
- BA Honors or Master’s Degree in Social Work
- Social Work England Registration
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Full UK driver’s license and access to vehicle (if applicable)
- At least three years of post-qualifying experience employed directly within an LA children's service in England
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Empathetic, patient-centered approach with a dedication to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
