Construction Site Manager - East Anglia - £65,000 pa + benefits
A Construction Site Manager is required by our client. The successful applicant will be joining a fast-growing M&E company based in Norwich covering works across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridge and North Essex. Our client has secured contracts for 250+ residential units over the next 12 months with additional units already in the pipeline for the next 3 years.
Ideal candidate:
* Stable job history with good references, experience with new build and refurbishment projects and have a minimum of 5 years' experience of being a site manager (number 1 on site).
* At least 3 year's background in RC Framework or have significant main contractor experience. You will be number 1 on site and must be driven to deliver your project.
* You will be able to manage programmes & be aware of budgets, keeping within the project costs and successfully lead a site team to deliver an exceptional quality product, with key focus on detail and an eye for quality.
* Strong I.T. skills are essential as our client has invested heavily in I.T. to enable a smooth and time efficient flow of information to and from sites.
* Longevity in your career is vital for the successful Site Manager, with a track history of taken projects from start to finish.
