As Shift Team Leader, you will:

* Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment in line with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Standard Operating Procedures

* Lead and develop your team through coaching, performance conversations, and development plans

* Promote a culture of safety, cleanliness, and continuous improvement

* Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth and effective operations

* Manage labour and materials to meet production schedules and budget requirements

* Deputise for the Shift Manage r when required and contribute to site-wide improvement projects

As Shift Team Leader, you will have:

* Previous experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment

* Strong people management and interpersonal skills

* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

* Awareness of Health, Safety, Environmental, and hygiene standards

* A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective relationships across departments

* Basic hygiene qualification (desirable) and computer literacy
