Are you a driven leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development? We are looking for a proactive and motivated Shift Supervisor to join this dynamic production team and play a pivotal role in delivering performance, quality, and safety across every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve planned output, quality standards, and health & safety compliance.

* Monitor and review individual and team performance, driving continuous improvement through regular feedback and development plans.

* Achieve and exceed shift Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across safety, quality, productivity, waste, and attendance.

* Ensure availability and verification of raw and packaging materials in alignment with the production schedule.

* Identify and eliminate production inefficiencies and points of loss across the line.

* Maintain exceptional standards of quality, housekeeping, and hygiene in accordance with BRC, ISO, and site-specific requirements.

* Ensure accurate and timely completion of all shift documentation and compliance records.

* Deliver clear and consistent shift briefings to ensure optimal communication and shift readiness.

* Support non-conformance investigations and implement corrective actions.

* Ensure smooth and efficient shift handovers and maintain effective communication with other shift teams and the Production Manager.

* Participate in daily performance reviews, contributing data analysis and operational insights.

* Monitor and manage absence levels, completing return-to-work interviews and addressing people-related issues in conjunction with HR.

* Perform other reasonable duties as requested by management.

* Proven experience in a team leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.

* Strong understanding of health & safety, quality, and compliance standards.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and drive improvements.

* Flexible, resilient, and solutions-focused.
