Senior Architect
Location: Chelmsford
Salary: £34000-£42000 (dependent on experience)

I am seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join a well-established RIBA Chartered practice based in Chelmsford. With a strong reputation for delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-quality design solutions, this collaborative and forward-thinking team works across a range of sectors including residential, retail and healthcare.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and design-led Architect to take a key role in leading projects from concept through to completion, contributing to the continued success and growth of the practice.
Key Requirements and Responsibilities:
* ARB-registered Architect with significant post-qualification experience in a UK-based practice
* Proven track record of leading residential projects through all RIBA stages
* Strong design and technical skills with the ability to manage and mentor junior staff
* Skilled in producing high-quality presentation and technical drawings
* Excellent understanding of UK building regulations and planning policy
* Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit experience beneficial)
* A team player with excellent communication and leadership skills
* Able to work independently and confidently manage client relationships
* Ambitious, proactive, and looking to take the next step in your architectural career
* Local to Chelmsford or willing to commute
