About your new company:
A leading organisation within the Agricultural Industry is seeking an experienced Service Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
About your new Service Manager role:
- Be responsible for leading & growing the service team through coaching and development.
- Providing support to the technicians and workshop.
- Key contact for technicians and Customers.
- Achieve and exceed the targets monthly and annually.
- Ensure accurate resources are available to develop the service department.
- Continually identify new areas of growth within the service department.
What you’ll need to succeed as a Service Manager:
- Excellent experience and knowledge of agricultural maintenance equipment.
- Great accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiar with Agricultural, Plant Construction or Garden Machinery.
- Computer literate
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
