What you'll be doing:

Managing and delivering planning applications, appraisals, and development strategies.

Advising a varied client base including developers, investors, and landowners.

Leading negotiations with local planning authorities and key stakeholders.

Mentoring junior planners and supporting business development initiatives.
About you:

MRTPI qualified with at least 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
*
Strong knowledge of UK planning policy and procedures.
*
Excellent communication, client management, and report-writing skills.
*
Proven ability to manage complex projects and work to tight deadlines.
*
Commercially aware and keen to play a role in business growth.
