My client, a leading Planning and Property Consultancy who provide planning advice on all planning related matters is looking for an experienced Senior Town Planner to join the team in Oxford. They work on a diverse range of projects throughout the UK including Residential, Retail & Leisure, Healthcare & Education, Energy & Renewables, Infrastructure, Regeneration, Commercial, ESG and Valuations across their 50 offices.

The Position as a Senior Town Planner
The position as a Senior Town Planner is for a proactive individual. The successful candidate will have full membership with the RTPI, and relevant consultancy experience. As a Senior Town Planner, you will be meaningfully engaged in conducting research and site appraisals, prepare, submit, and negotiate planning applications, respond to development plan consultations, and be confident working independently and managing a team.

Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner
* RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant
* Chartered Member of the RTPI
* Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality.
* Demonstrable previous experience.
* Writing and excellent languages skills and the ability to effectively communicate planning arguments.
