Job Title: Senior Town Planner
Location: Preston

The Company
Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting independent planning consultancy who are looking to recruit a Senior Planner to join the Preston office. The client works in a variety of sectors such as Commcerical, Energy, Leisure, Industrial and Housing.
Candidate Requirements:
* RTPI accredited degree or a relevant degree
* Relevant Planning experience in either a local authortity or consultancy
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time and multiple projects effectively
* Strong communication skills (verbally and in written form)
* Good understanding and knowledge of the planning system
* Commercial awareness
* Competent user of Microsoft 365 products
