Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a UK leading real estate adviser whose continued growth and ever-expanding client base has created an exciting opportunity for a Senior Town Planner to join their team!
My client's team of 16 planning and development experts work with landowners, public sector organisations and property developers to deliver successful development outcomes through the planning and development process. The current pipeline of work and projects cover residential, commercial, urban regeneration, strategic land, heath, education, leisure, and expert witness.
The successful candidate will ideally be MRTPI/MRICS chartered and will have a proven track record of managing projects across a variety of sectors, with excellent regional market knowledge and a good network of contacts!
