Senior Business Analyst - Operational Processes & Low Code Solutions
📍 Hybrid | UK-based | 2 days on-site as needed on a weekly basis in Leeds
💰 £65,000 DOE + benefits

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead the analysis and design of business-critical systems for a major public sector client. This is a highly visible role where you'll be front and centre in shaping the solution, engaging directly with stakeholders, and helping to build smarter, more efficient processes through a low-code platform.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced, proactive BA who brings structure to complexity and communicates clearly across both technical and non-technical teams. If you know how to define operational processes, challenge requirements, and work confidently with a demanding client, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
🧠 What you'll be doing:
* Lead workshops and gather requirements to translate complex business processes into clear technical solutions.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to design process flows, escalation parameters, and change control models.
* Own the client relationship, offering structure, clarity, and reassurance while confidently managing expectations.
* Collaborate with low-code developers and delivery leads to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs and MVP goals.
* Help shape future-state process thinking and identify areas for optimisation post-launch.
🧩 What we're looking for:
* 8-10+ years of Business Analysis experience, ideally within operational or process-heavy environments.
* Background in applications that support core business functions-such as case management, finance systems, warehousing, or healthcare tools.
* Low-code platform experience is a plus (e.g. Appian), though not essential.
* Strong knowledge of process design, stakeholder engagement, and governance/change control frameworks.
* A natural communicator-friendly but formal, confident in pushing back when needed, and effective at guiding client conversations.
* Positive, diligent, and highly organised with a calm, solutions-focused mindset.
