Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

Location: Leeds
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a AJ100 architectural practice who provide exceptional design services to a range of building sectors across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their expanding team in their Leeds studio.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:
* Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentations
* Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
* Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
* Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
* Attend site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspections
* Undertake principal designer duties such as liaising with clients
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
* Degree within Architectural Technology
* Strong experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit
* Strong UK building regulations knowledge
* Strong technical and design skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience working across a range of sectors
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Leeds area
