Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

Salary: £38,000 - £45,000

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
* Project manage and deliver on a range of multidisciplined projects from inception to completion.
* Produce tender and working drawing packages
* Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
* Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure compliance is achieved
* Liaise with clients, other consultants within the team and local authorities
Requirements for the role Senior Architectural Technologist:
* Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
* Significant post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
* CIAT membership
* Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
* Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing
* Background in managing projects through technical stages
* Experience developing technical design packages
* Experience using NBS to write specifications
* Experience working across the residential, education, commercial and heritage sectors is desirable
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Bristol area
