Job Title: Senior Architect

Location: Withycombe
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Duties for the role of Senior Architect:
* Lead on a range of projects across all RIBA work stages
* Prepare planning applications, feasibility studies and design reports
* Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams
* Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
* Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:
* ARB Registered
* Significant post Part 3 Qualification experience as an Architect
* Proficiency with Revit
* Experience managing complex projects within the residential sector
* Excellent detailing and drawing skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work well independently and within a team
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Withycombe area
