About the Role: SENDCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator)
* Lead and manage the school's Special Educational Needs provision.
* Support teachers and support staff in delivering inclusive education.
* Work closely with students, families, external agencies, and the senior leadership team.
* Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice.
* Drive improvement and innovation in SEN teaching and learning strategies.
The Ideal Candidate: SENDCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator)
* Holds a valid NASENCo qualification.
* Experienced in working with SEN students at secondary level.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Proven track record of improving outcomes for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
* Passionate about inclusion, high expectations, and professional development.
