SEN Teaching Assistant - Hillingdon

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join a range of welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary schools in Hillingdon from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs.

* Location: Primary schools across Hillingdon, West London

* Start Date: September 2025

* Requirements:

* Previous experience working with children (SEN experience desirable)

* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

* A genuine passion for working with children with SEN

Responsibilities:

* Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SEN needs

* Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

* Adapt learning materials and activities to support a range of learning styles and abilities

* Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment

* Support pupils' emotional and social development

* Collaborate with external professionals and staff to support each child's progress
