💰 Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience) + potential SEN allowance

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Ealing is looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join their team from September 2025.

Role Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons for pupils with a range of SEN (including ASD, ADHD, and communication needs)

* Work closely with the SENCO and other staff to implement and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

* Track pupil progress using formative and summative assessments

* Collaborate with external agencies and parents to ensure well-rounded support

* Foster a nurturing, safe classroom environment that promotes confidence and independence

Candidate Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential

* Proven experience teaching children with SEN, preferably within a primary setting

* Strong understanding of inclusive practices and adaptive teaching strategies

* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

* A patient, creative, and resilient approach to teaching

* Commitment to continuous professional development and best SEN practice
