Are you an experienced Property Sales Negotiator looking for a new challenge?

This is an opportunity to take on and grow a sales portfolio with a well established agency located in Tamworth.
The Role:
Register potential customers
Arrange and attend viewings
Liaise and negotiate between buyers and sellers
Close deals
Canvass for new business opportunities
Achieve pre-agreed targets
Skills / Experience:
Proven background in estate agency essential
Extensive sales and rapport building skills
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
Self-motivation with a 'can do’ attitude
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
Full and clean UK driving license
