Salary: [£37,000-£42,000

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Job Summary:

We're looking for a dedicated Registered Manager to lead a semi-independent accommodation service for young people aged 16-18. This role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting vulnerable young people as they transition to independence. You'll manage a team, oversee care plans, ensure safeguarding, and collaborate with external agencies to provide the best support for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the service, ensuring high-quality care for young people transitioning to adulthood.

*

Develop and implement care plans, supporting young people's educational, emotional, and practical needs.

*

Ensure all safeguarding practices are followed, working with external agencies when necessary.

*

Manage and support a team, providing guidance and development opportunities.

*

Maintain accurate records and reports for statutory reviews and inspections.

Skills & Experience:

*

2+ years in a managerial role in a similar setting (supported living, residential care, etc.).

*

Experience working with young people aged 16-18, with knowledge of relevant legislation (Children Act, Care Leavers Act).

*

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

*

Enhanced DBS check required.
