This role offers the chance to teach a subject that challenges perceptions, explores human behaviour, and encourages critical analysis. Role Highlights:

* Deliver engaging Psychology lessons at GCSE and A-Level (KS4 & KS5)

* Promote independent inquiry, academic debate, and ethical reflection in the classroom

* Support students preparing for exams, coursework, and further education in psychology or related fields

* Work collaboratively with a supportive humanities and social sciences faculty

Who We're Looking For:

* A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS or equivalent) with a specialism in Psychology or a closely related subject

* Experience teaching Psychology at secondary level, ideally including A-Level

* A confident communicator with a clear, student-centered approach to complex ideas

* Strong organisational skills and a commitment to academic and emotional development

* Someone who values curiosity, evidence-based thinking, and inclusive education
