Job Title: Psychology Graduate - SEN Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)

Are you a recent Psychology graduate looking to gain meaningful experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

A warm, inclusive, and highly regarded primary SEN school in Kensington, West London, is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join their team as full-time SEN Teaching Assistants.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to support primary-aged pupils with a range of SEN needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and learning disabilities. You'll work alongside skilled teachers, therapists, and support staff to provide tailored interventions and create a nurturing, engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide 1:1 and small group support to primary school pupils with SEN

* Assist in the delivery of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

* Support pupils' emotional, behavioural, and sensory needs with empathy and care

* Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals

About You:

* A degree in Psychology (or a closely related subject)

* A genuine interest in working with children with SEN

* Patient, empathetic, and proactive mindset

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Previous experience with children or SEN (voluntary or paid) is advantageous, but not essential
