Job Title: Project Architect

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning architectural practice who provide expert design services to the residential and commercial sector. They are on the lookout for a job running and talented Project Architect to lead on a range of high-profile residential projects for their London studio.

Duties for the role of Project Architect:
* Lead on large scale residential projects through all RIBA work stages
* Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
* Produce detailed drawing packages using Vectorworks and ArchiCAD
* Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
* Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations
Requirements for the role of Project Architect:
* ARB Registered
* Significant post RBA Part 3 qualification experience
* Proficiency with Vectorworks is essential
* Experience with ArchiCAD is desirable
* Experience managing projects within the residential sector
* Job running experience
* Excellent detailing and drawing skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work well independently and within a team
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
