Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the North West's leading Architectural practices who work alongside some of the biggest names within the construction industry. They are on the lookout for a Job running Project Architect to hit the ground running on a range of education projects for their Stockport offices.
To be successful in applying for the role of Project Architect, the successful individual will be ARB registered with significant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as a Project lead within a UK practice. The successful individual will have a background in leading on projects within the education sector and have proficiency with Revit.

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:
* ARB registered
* Completed your RIBA Part 3 Qualification
* Strong post qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
* Experience working on projects within the education sector is essential
* Knowledge of working within affordable housing frameworks within the residential team
* Proficiency with Revit is essential
* Job running experience
* Knowledge of NBS
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Full UK Driver's license
