Rubicon is working exclusively with a long-established, highly respected construction based in Poole to find a proactive and reliable Project Administrator. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of processes, thrives in a busy environment, and wants to be a key part of a collaborative project and production team.

Hours:

* Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm (15 min morning break, 30 min lunch break)

As the Project Administrator, you'll be responsible for:

* Managing and updating drawings, schedules, and site documents

* Tracking project samples and delivery notes, maintaining sustainability documentation

* Preparing Health & Safety and Construction Phase Plans

* Maintaining detailed records, project timelines, and request follow-ups

* Supporting with compiling O&M manuals at project completion

* Championing accuracy and consistency across all administrative processes

As the Project Administrator, your experience will include:

* Previous experience in a project administration, construction admin, or technical admin role

* Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

* Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

* A helpful, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

* Ability to follow systems, processes, and work to agreed timelines

* A practical and proactive mindset, someone who spots what needs doing and gets it done
