Locum Private Mental Health Occupational Therapist- High Pay, Flexible Contract in Central London!
Are you a Band 6 Occupational Therapist looking for a rewarding locum role in Central London ? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!
* Job Title: Occupational Therapist
* Location: Central London
* Duration: Ongoing Full-Time Contract
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
* Start Date: ASAP
* End Date: Ongoing (with potential to extend)
* Rate of Pay: Highly competitive, dependent on experience
What You'll Be Doing:
Join a leading private mental health hospital in Central London and make a real difference as a Locum Mental Health Occupational Therapist . In this role, you will:
* Manage a varied caseload of adult patients with conditions such as anxiety, depression, OCD, stress, bipolar disorder , as well as addictions and eating disorders
* Perform comprehensive assessments using a range of specialist OT tools
* Develop and deliver personalised, evidence-based treatment plans
* Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health nurses
* Support recovery goals and help patients regain independence and purpose
* Contribute to care planning, documentation, and clinical discussions
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current and valid HCPC registration
* Experience working with a wide range of mental health conditions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* A commitment to delivering the highest standard of patient-centred care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a full-time, flexible locum position , Monday to Friday, with potential for an extended contract depending on performance and service demand.
