About the Role:

* Mixed Year 3/4 class

* Full-time position (part-time considered for the right candidate)

* Permanent or long-term opportunity

* Strong emphasis on behaviour management and pupil engagement

* Opportunity to take on Maths Subject Leadership with TLR available

* Salary up to UPS3

The Ideal Candidate:

* A qualified teacher (QTS essential) with KS2 experience

* Confident in teaching mixed-age classes

* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

* Passionate about supporting every child's progress and wellbeing

* Ambitious and ready to take on subject leadership responsibilities (desirable, not essential)
