A Pastry Chef de Partie is required for a boutique luxury hotel where its exclusive to residents only - no walk in or outside bookings are allowed. You will be working on a stunning estate where a lot of the food and ingredients are sourced from the farm's estate.
This is ideal for a strong Pastry CDP who has a fine dining background - this is a relatively new project so a great time to develop this new project.
This stunning venue on the South of England has live in accommodation which is a 15 minute car journey - you must need to drive and have a car. The live in is located in a seaside town full of shops, bars, supermarket etc.
