Salary: £26000-£29000 (dependent on experience)
I am working with a RIBA chartered practice that has a passion for innovative, beautiful designs and has a range of exciting upcoming projects spanning across the Healthcare, Education, Culture, Leisure and Residential sectors. The award-winning practice is looking for a creative and motivated Part Two Architectural Assistant with strong technical abilities to join their vibrant team in Birmingham.
The successful Part Two Architectural Assistant will have sufficient post Part Two qualification experience and should have a keen eye for detail. You should boast creative design flare and will be confident in providing excellent technical designs.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part Two Architectural Assistant:
* Completed RIBA Part One and RIBA Part Two qualifications
* Sufficient UK based post qualification experience is required
* Supporting Project Architects and attending design meetings
* Designing and modelling for projects with the guidance of senior team members
* Attending site meetings
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Carrying out building surveys
* Knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Revit is essential
