An established and friendly Chartered Architects practice in Northampton is seeking a talented and motivated Part 2 Architectural Assistant or newly qualified Architect to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career while gaining hands-on experience across all project stages. The role involves working on a wide range of schemes, including bespoke residential homes, care facilities, industrial developments, and listed buildings. You'll manage your own caseload while also collaborating on team projects, requiring strong design, communication, and technical skills, along with a sound understanding of UK Building Regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Photoshop is essential. The practice offers a supportive environment focused on personal and professional development.

Daily Duties

* Manage and deliver your own architectural projects

* Assist in collaborative design and technical project work

* Prepare design presentations, drawings, and planning documents

* Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations

* Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors

* Attend site visits and assist with job running responsibilities

Ideal Candidate

* Part 2 qualified Architectural Assistant or newly qualified Architect

* Experience working on UK-based architectural projects

* Strong design, presentation, and communication skills

* Good technical knowledge, including familiarity with Building Regulations

* Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Photoshop

* Proactive, organised, and eager to develop within a team environment
