Part 2 Architectural Assistant/ Architectural Technician

Salary: £27-35,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic architectural professional, including Part 2 Architectural Assistants or Architectural Technicians, to join a busy Retail Team based in Guildford, working on retail design and fit-out projects for a global client.

Daily Duties:

* Manage and deliver retail fit-out and refurbishment projects from concept through to completion

* Produce technical and presentation drawings using Revit and AutoCAD

* Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery

* Attend meetings and carry out site visits where necessary

* Coordinate with the wider design and delivery team to meet project deadlines

* Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and client brand standards

* Adapt to working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities effectively

Ideal Candidate:

* RIBA Part 2 qualified or Architectural Technology degree with several years UK based experience

* Experience in retail architecture or commercial fit-out projects

* Strong technical and design skills with a practical, solutions-oriented approach

* Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD (essential)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and within a team environment

* Detail-oriented, with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities

* Relevant architectural qualifications or equivalent professional experience
