Job Title: Part 1 Architectural Assistant

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a multidisciplined practice who provide a full architectural service across all building sectors. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Part 1 Architectural Assistant who is looking to kickstart their career and join their Croydon studio.

Duties for the role of Part 1 Architectural Assistant:
* Assist with the delivery of residential projects from inception to completion
* Assist with planning applications and technical drawings
* Work alongside other consultants and clients across all RIBA work stages
* undertake site visits and design meetings to help ensure high quality compliance is achieved
Requirements for the role Part 1 Architectural Assistant:
* BA in Architecture
* Completed you RIBA Part 1 qualification
* Relevant experience as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant would be advantageous
* Experience with Revit
* Experience working on residential projects from your degree or a relevant role
* Excellent detailing and drawing skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work well independently or within a team
* Live within a commutable distance to the Croydon area
