Operations Manager, Poole, £42,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
A forward-thinking technology organisation is seeking a proactive Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team and ensure the smooth delivery of critical services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and is passionate about operational excellence.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a hybrid team (including remote staff) , optimising day-to-day operations , and supporting 24/7 service delivery. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to managing performance, processes, and people.

As Operations Manager, you will:
* Lead and develop a team of up to 12, including remote staff.
* Manage rotas, performance metrics, and operational reporting.
* Ensure consistent delivery of key services and support functions.
* Be available for out-of-hours escalation and decision-making.
* Drive continuous improvement and adopt new technologies to enhance workflows.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with wider business goals.
As Operations Manager, you will have:
* Proven experience in operations management , ideally in a high-pressure or regulated environment - maritime industry background is highly desirable.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Experience managing both remote and on-site teams.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and make data-driven decisions .
* Familiarity with compliance, logistics, or service delivery operations is a plus.
