We are looking for a Sales professional with a genuine passion and desire to prove themselves. A self-starter who has an ability to get their message across clearly and persuasively on the telephone. A unique selling method requiring an ability to be consultative in their approach combined with tenacity and intelligence has proved hugely successful for our South Norfolk based client. That success has led to an immediate vacancy for a genuinely tenacious Inside Sales Executive. The company offers a product and service that can be sold over the telephone for smaller (up to 100 employees) sites. The unique Sales process requires the ability to build rapport very quickly during a pre-booked telephone call using a pre-submitted PowerPoint presentation guiding prospective clients in a positive manner. You will be given all the necessary training in what is a legislatively- compliant proposition.
As stated, you will be truly comfortable working with the telephone & be accustomed to working within a fast-paced environment. You will probably feel that you are ready to kick start your Sales career and this is an ideal opportunity for you to prove your worth. It is possible that you will have had experience selling in a face-to-face environment (but not shop retail) and understand that Sales today can be far more efficiently achieved using CRM technology than by burning fuel up and down motorways. Most of all, you will be comfortable on the telephone, tenacious and will not give up, driving forward as a key team player in the Sales Team.
The ideal profile for this role is as follows:
* You will have had previous Sales experience, but Ideally no more than TWO new business Sale roles. We are not looking for ex- owners of their own business or senior sales managers.
* You will have a CV that gives specific numbers to your stated qualities. This means your CV will highlight components such as targets, achievements against those targets and KPIs.
