OCDEA - Energy Assessor

This is the exciting opportunity for an experienced OCDEA to join a growing energy consultancy in the South Coast of England. The successful candidate will join a team of experienced SAP and SBEM assessors.
Role responsibilities include:
* Carrying out energy assessments and EPCs for new builds
* Work alongside the construction team and clients by providing advice and solutions to ensure targets are met
* Produce energy strategies and decarbonization reports
* Carry out SAP and SBEM calculations and ensure projects are in compliance with Part L regulations.
The ideal candidate will have:
* An On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor Accreditation
* Minimum 3 years' experience as an OCDEA and carrying out SAP calculations and assessments
* Experience with SBEM software and carrying out relevant calculations
* Full UK driving license
* Live within a commutable distance to their offices in Dorset
