Sirona Medical Social Work department is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Occupatioanl Therapist to join the Reablement Team on an agency basis.

Position Overview
We are currently looking for a qualified and motivated Social Worker to join our agency at Sirona Medical Social Work department. Become a pivotal member ofthe Reablement Team and have a positive impact on individuals' lives following illness, injury, loss of confidence or hospital admission. Reablement offers Occupational Therapists the unique opportunity to work proactively with customers in their own homes to achieve greater independence, promote their well-being and minimise long-term care needs. As an Occupational Therapist, you will conduct strengths-based assessments, work with customers and their families to design and implement creative reablement plans to enable them to achieve their goals. The Reablement Service is led by occupational therapists alongside occupational therapy assistants and support workers, and benefits from support from our Principal Occupational Therapist.
Qualifications
- BA Honors or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapry
- HCPC Registration
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Full UK driver’s license and access to vehicle
- Minimum of two years post-qualification experience
